What it costs

£0 to set up, no upfront fee
£20/month for the first 3 months (introductory rate, locked in)
£49/month from month 4 onwards
Cancel any time after month 3 with 30 days' notice
Payment by Direct Debit via GoCardless, you'll get a secure link to set it up once you confirm

What's not included

Extra pages beyond the single page
E-commerce or online booking systems
Paid Google or Facebook advertising
Ongoing SEO campaigns or backlink building
Business email setup (e.g. you@yourbusiness.co.uk)
More than one content update per month

Who owns what

You own your brand, your logo, your photos, your reviews and all the words about your business
I own the website code and the hosting setup
If you cancel, the site goes offline at the end of your notice period, you keep all your own content

The fine print

I'll build your site within 2 working days of receiving the signed Direct Debit mandate, plus one feedback loop after the first build
If you spot something wrong in the first 14 days after launch, I'll fix it free of charge
Beyond that, the monthly free update covers ongoing changes
Either of us can end the agreement after month 3 with 30 days' written notice (email is fine)
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales
